Serenna, giving her 'Introduction to Music Therapy' lecture at St. Hugh's College, Oxford

'Just to say a huge thank you, Serenna, for the very interesting and engaging presentation you recently gave to our WI group. Such a fascinating subject and who knew that music, in its many forms, could work such wonders! It is fair to say that we all loved your talk and were very moved by some of the special moments shown. We were left with a far greater understanding of how music can be used in a therapeutic way and are in awe of the amazing work you do. Would highly recommend!'

One of the most inspiring talks I have enjoyed with Rest Less, Serenna. I have just listened through to the recording to make some more notes. Very uplifting to see the difference that music can make to people's lives, helping them to express themselves, show who they are. I am inspired to get back into the community after a break to share music in residential homes, where I have seen for myself what music does for people. For me too! I might even be inspired to enquire about studying for a Masters .... just need to get myself a staff of domestic helpers first - a cook, a housekeeper, a gardener ..... to give me the time I would need to dedicate myself to the hard work! Looking forward to hearing more from Serenna.

What a fascinating and very moving lecture on the power of music. We all need more music in our lives. More on this subject from Serenna would be much appreciated.

Serenna is an angel. She is enriching so many lives. Her short videos brought tears to my eyes. Absolutely amazing to see the interaction she has with the people she is helping. Music is incredible and so are the people who help vulnerable individuals. Wonderful.
